Let's face it commercial fitness centres are intimidating. 


Wouldn't it be nice to have access to top level personal training right at home? We bring all the equipment needed to get you into the best shape of your life. 


Our personal training program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive and personalized approach to fitness & personal wellness . We believe in nurturing not just your body, but your mind and spirit as well, to help you achieve your optimal health and vitality. All personal training packages come with nutrition coaching and support.


**Non training packages are available that provide you with everything you need without the 1 on 1 training, including a fitness plan, nutritional guidance, and weekly checkins.** 


**Studio fitness space coming ... for a private studio fitness experience**

The Process

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin you personal wellness journey with a thorough initial consultation to understand your fitness goals, medical history, and any specific needs or preferences you may have. This allows us to tailor a personalized training plan just for you. This step can be completed virtually. 
  2. Assessment: Next, we conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment to evaluate your current fitness level, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This helps us develop a customized training program that is both safe and effective.
  3. Goal Setting: Together, we'll establish clear and achievable goals that align with your vision for your health and fitness journey. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, or enhance athletic performance, we'll create a roadmap to success.
  4. Personalized Training Plan: Based on your goals and assessment results, we'll create a personal training plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences. This may include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility work, and nutrition coaching.
  5. One-on-One Sessions: Our certified personal trainers will guide and support you through one-on-one training sessions in our private studio environment. These sessions are focused on providing you with the individual attention and support you need to maximize your results and prevent injury.
  6. Progress Tracking: We'll regularly monitor your progress and adjust your training plan as needed to ensure that you continue to make steady progress towards your goals. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle long-term.
